Pigment Activator — color, from within

Color should belong to the clay—not sit on top. Eco Forma™ Pigment Activator (Natural) is a water-borne activator that helps natural/mineral pigments disperse smoothly through Eco Forma™ Artisan Air-Dry Clay before it sets, for rich, even, in-body color with a refined porcelain-matte finish.

How to use (quick flow)

1. In a small dish, mix a tiny pinch of pigment with 1–2 drops of Pigment Activator to a smooth paste
2. Fold into conditioned clay; knead until even; rest 5–10 min, then final-knead
3. Repeat in small additions to build shade gradually
4. Shape → dry flat → finish: Matte Dip (quick, protective seal) → Dome Coat (Gloss or Velvet Matte)

How much to use (start points)

• 2–3 drops Activator per 10 g clay, or
• 3–10 drops Activator per 0.5–1 g dry pigment, adjusting to pigment strength and taste

Important: Not for PVC/plastic-based colorants or polymer-specific pastes. Not a surface sealer—use before set, in the clay body.
