This website is operated by Eco Forma Clay Co. (“Eco Forma,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional policies referenced here (including our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds, and Privacy Policy).

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the site or Services.

1) ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this site and purchase products. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2) ACCOUNTS & COMMUNICATIONS
You may choose to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity under your account.

By providing your email, you agree we may send transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates, support replies). Marketing emails are optional and include an unsubscribe link.

3) PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
Stock availability
All products are subject to availability. We try to keep inventory accurate, but occasionally there may be a discrepancy. If an item is unavailable after you place an order, we’ll contact you with options (wait for restock, substitute if approved, or refund).

Product use
Our products are intended for craft/making use. Please follow any instructions, warnings, and recommended handling. Keep craft materials away from children and pets. Do not ingest. Use in a well-ventilated space and avoid contact with eyes. You are responsible for determining suitability for your application.

4) PRICING, ORDERS, & PAYMENT
Pricing
Prices are shown on product pages and at checkout. We may change prices at any time without notice. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept payment methods shown at checkout.

Order acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or errors in pricing or product information. If your order is canceled after you are charged, we will issue a refund.

Promotions
Promotions (when offered) apply only as stated and may exclude certain items. Unless we say otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined.

5) SHIPPING
Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier scans the package as accepted (unless otherwise required by law).

6) RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are described in our Returns & Refunds policy. We do not accept returns of opened clay or opened liquids/finishes except for defect or transit damage.

7) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site—including text, images, product names, logos, graphics, and design—is owned by Eco Forma or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

8) USER CONTENT (REVIEWS, COMMENTS, SUBMISSIONS)
If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content, you grant Eco Forma a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for store operations and marketing, unless you request removal. Do not submit content you do not own or have permission to share.

9) PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the site or Services:
• for unlawful purposes
• to infringe intellectual property rights
• to transmit malicious code
• to harass, abuse, or discriminate
• to interfere with security features or site functionality

We may terminate or restrict access for violations.

10) DISCLAIMERS
The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Because results can vary by environment, handling, and application, we do not guarantee outcomes for any specific technique or use case.

11) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eco Forma Clay Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or products.

In jurisdictions that do not allow certain limitations, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12) INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eco Forma Clay Co. from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

13) GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

16) SMS / MOBILE MESSAGING TERMS (IF YOU OPT IN)
This section applies only if you opt in to receive text messages from Eco Forma (the “Program”). It is limited to the Program and is not intended to modify other Terms or our Privacy Policy.

What you’re agreeing to
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing messages to the mobile number you provide. Msg & data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.

Opt out
Reply STOP to cancel. After you text STOP, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age
You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have parent/guardian permission where required) to participate.

Disputes (Program only)
To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes arising out of or relating to the Program may be resolved under binding, individual-only arbitration in Colorado Springs, Colorado, before one arbitrator, except where prohibited by law.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States (including AK/HI). International shipping may be available to select destinations when enabled—availability and rates are shown at checkout.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

Processing time
Most orders ship in 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). We do not ship on weekends or major holidays.

Tracking & split shipments
You’ll receive tracking as soon as your label is created. Bundles or multi-item orders may ship in more than one parcel.

Address changes
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need a change, email us as soon as possible (ideally within 2 hours of ordering). Once a label is purchased or a package is in fulfillment/transit, changes aren’t guaranteed.

Signature & insurance
Some higher-value orders may require a signature. Eligible packages may be insured.

Climate holds (water-borne liquids/finishes)
To protect product integrity, water-borne liquids may be held during extreme heat or freezing conditions. If your order is placed on a climate hold, we’ll email you with next steps.

Damaged, leaking, or incorrect items
Email us within 72 hours of delivery with:
• your order number
• clear photos of the shipping box + packing materials + affected item(s)
We’ll make it right.

Lost or delayed packages
Carrier transit timing is managed by the carrier once scanned. If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate your package, check your delivery area and with neighbors/building staff first. If it’s still missing after 24–48 hours, email us and we’ll help you take the next steps.

Duties & taxes (international, if available)
If international shipping is enabled, duties/VAT may be collected at checkout or on delivery depending on destination and shipping method. Any duties/taxes shown at checkout are displayed before you place your order.

PAYMENT, PRICING & TAXES

What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Buy-now-pay-later options may appear at checkout if available.

Pricing & promotions
Prices are shown on product pages and at checkout. Promotions (when offered) apply only as stated and may exclude certain items. Unless we say otherwise, one discount code per order and codes cannot be combined.

Currency
Prices are displayed in USD. If your bank converts currency, it may apply an exchange rate and fees.

Taxes
We collect sales tax where required.

Invoices & billing fixes
Your order confirmation email is your receipt. Need help with an invoice or a billing correction? Email support@ecoformaclay.com.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What can be returned?
Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

What isn’t returnable?
For product integrity and safety, we can’t accept returns of opened clay or opened liquids/finishes (unless there’s a defect or transit damage). Gift cards and final-sale items are not returnable.

How do I start a return?
Email support@ecoformaclay.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll confirm eligibility and send return instructions (RMA).

Return shipping
Change-of-mind returns: return shipping is your responsibility (we may offer a prepaid label for U.S. returns; label cost would be deducted from your refund).
If we made a mistake or your order arrived damaged/incorrect: we cover the return shipping or replacement shipment.

When will I get my refund?
After we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing is typically 3–5 business days (your bank may take additional time to post funds).

Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t process direct exchanges. Please return the eligible unopened item and place a new order for the item/SKU you want.

EU/UK right to cancel (where applicable)
If you are in the EU/UK and a right to cancel applies, you may cancel within 14 days of delivery. Contact support@ecoformaclay.com for the model withdrawal form and instructions.

Why do you use cookies?
We use essential cookies to run the cart/checkout and—if you consent—optional cookies for analytics and advertising to improve our store experience.

How do I manage cookie preferences?

Do you honor Global Privacy Control (GPC)?

Do you sell my data?
We do not sell personal information for money. We may “share” certain identifiers with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How do I opt out?
Turn off Advertising cookies in the cookie banner (or choose Essential only). We also honor GPC where supported. You can also email support@ecoformaclay.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell/Share.”

How do I access, delete, or correct my data?
Email support@ecoformaclay.com (subject: “Privacy Request”). We’ll verify and respond within required legal timelines.
