This website is operated by Eco Forma Clay Co. (“Eco Forma,” “we,” “us,” “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you visit our site, make a purchase, or otherwise interact with our services (“Services”). If these Terms conflict with our Terms of Service, this Privacy Policy controls for privacy matters.

By using the Services, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.

Information we collect
• Contact & account: name, email, phone (optional), billing/shipping addresses, account credentials and preferences.
• Orders & support: items viewed/purchased/returned, order history, support communications.
• Payments: tokenized card/payment details and confirmations processed by our providers (we don’t store full card numbers).
• Device & usage: IP address, device/browser data, pages viewed, session and event data, cookies/pixels.
Sources: directly from you; automatically via cookies/SDKs; from service providers (e.g., Shopify, payment, shipping, email/review/back-in-stock apps); and from partners where allowed.

How we use information
• Provide & improve the Services (process orders, payments, shipping/returns, account, support, personalization).
• Marketing & ads (with your consent where required): emails, on-site and off-site ads.
• Security & fraud prevention.
• Legal compliance and to enforce our terms.

Cookies & tracking
We use essential cookies for cart/checkout and optional analytics/advertising cookies. Non-essential cookies are off until you consent.

Do Not Sell/Share (US state laws)

Data sharing (service providers)
We share data with contracted providers solely to run the store: Shopify (e-commerce/checkout), Shopify Payments/PayPal (payments), shipping carriers/platforms (shipping), email providers, review/back-in-stock apps, and analytics/advertising partners (metrics/ads). Providers may not use your data for their own purposes beyond providing services to us.

Relationship with Shopify

International transfers & safeguards
We are US-based. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, your data may be transferred outside your region (e.g., to the US). Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and related addenda.

Retention
Order records are kept up to 7 years (tax/audit). Analytics are kept per each tool’s retention window. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

Your rights & choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, delete, correct, receive a copy/port, and opt out of targeted advertising/sharing.
• Email support@ecoformaclay.com (subject: “Privacy Request”). We’ll verify your identity and respond within required timelines (US up to 45 days; EU/UK 30 days).
• Appeals (where applicable): If we deny a request, reply “Appeal” to our decision email.
• Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link anytime.

Children
The Services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or 16 where applicable). If we learn we have, we will delete it promptly.

Links to other sites/apps are governed by their policies. Review their privacy and security practices before using them.

Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. We’ll post the new date above and provide additional notice where required.
