Yes—sealing is recommended. It strengthens the surface, helps lock down color, improves wear resistance, reduces smudging and rub off, and adds water resistance. The clay itself is not waterproof.

Eco Forma™ colors are pre-mixed colored clays, ready to use as they are. Pigment Activator is not required.
